Consumer Comments:
I was only able to use under poor conditions, full moon and street lighting. I send it back to the manufacturer to have the debris removed from the tube and the primary lens. The manufacturers customer service was very helpful and understanding. I was hoping to help the American worker by purchasing this telescope from an American company but it looks like most of it came from China. However, the tube was assembled in Mexico which is where I thought it was all coming from. It is a good telescope and I still give it five stars.

The GPS initialization was initially off by a few degrees, but once I aligned on two reference stars the telescope was able to automatically track to any object and it will be in the field of view. I was hoping that there would be an easier way to display the current RA and dec. I really wanted a 12" but I can't imagine setting up anything heavier than the 10" by myself. It is a great deal and the optics are sharp. I give it five stars.
